Title: Chocolate Mousse Squares

9 Pecan-shortbread cookies *
2tbMargarine; melted
1/3cMilk
4ozGerman's sweet chocolate
8ozPkg fat-free cream cheese
8ozPkg "lite" dairy free whipped topping
1tbChocolate sprinkles (garnish

Crush cookies to make fine crumbs. Blend in melted margarine. Pat into bottom of 8-inch square dish. Microwave on high 1-1/2 minutes. Cool to room temp.

Put milk and chocolate into a 2-quart glass measure; microwave on high 1 minute. Using a wire whisk, blend chocolate into milk.

Place cream cheese in a 2-cup glass measure; microwave on medium (50%) 1 minute or until softened. Blend into chocolate mixture with whisk. Stir topping into mixture, blend thoroughly. Pour into crust, garnish with chocolate sprinkles. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.

Each serving: 266 calories, 5 grams protein, 14.5 grams fat, 27.5 grams carbohydrates, 1 gram fiber, 7 milligrams cholesterol, 237 milligrams sodium.
